Comments about Cressi Lontra 7MM Womens Jumpsuit:

I tried on various wetsuits brands and sizes trying to to get a good fit for my body size. Even using the charts, I ended up with suits that were too small. So hopefully this will help others with sizing. My measurements are: Height: 5'5". Chest: 35". Waist: 31". Hips: 35.5". Got this in a Ladies Large and the fit is great. Used in 65 degree water for short dive (40min) and was pleased with the warmth(I get cold quickly). I could feel a bit of cold water coming in the back, but it quickly warmed up. Wetsuits as a given are tightfitting and a bit hard to get on - but this has both wrist and ankle zippers with glideskin which helps donning/doffing. (I also used a skin). The quality also appears good. It has enough stretch so that it is not too stiff/binding while kneeling/bending. Soft knees, not hard pads - good for me because hard knee pads tend to hurt my knees. I would recommend this suit.
Note: other suits I tried that fit pretty good: Waterproof W2 7mm Womens Small (hard kneepads - not for me)
Camaro Alpha 7mm womens MD (good fit, I think Cressi is better quality).

Note: I also bought the Cressi Med shorty in a large.

Comments about Cressi Lontra 7MM Womens Jumpsuit:

Haven't used it yet, but plan to use it for summer diving in Maine. As expected, it's difficult to put on and off (it's a new one piece thick wet suit). It feels true to size, the wrist, ankle, and neck seals seem great. I thought they were rubber knee pads but instead they just seem to be double layered which is my one complaint so far. Feels very warm, but as I said I haven't actually used it yet.

          Questions about this item:

zoltan b  I tried The Cressi Lontra 7mm Women's on in the shop and I was a size 2. What size shouldi I order, small or medium? I wonder if I tried on a new model with new different numerical sizing?
BLAINE S  Measures your self andbuse the sizing chart. Its accurate
Lisa S  I'm 5'1, 130 lb. I usually wear a size 8, or 8/short if possible, in wetsuits. What size should I get?
JEFFREY M  ALWAYS READ THE MANUFACTURES " SUGGESTED" sizing. Always rember these are general. You may be 5'1 but have HUGE BOOBS, or not, always try on 2 or 3 or 4. Also they will shrink over time.As a woman get a womans, A goos wetsiut will be snug if you make it tight like spandex you will loose you freedom of movement making every thing from walking to swimming as well as breathing a chore. Wetsuits are in a way sexy and have nice colors to match you accessories. Remeber this is second to function, your better off ordering and waiting for the onethat really fits you, rather than the one that looks hot. The only thing worse than being cold, is being wet and cold. If you are planning on diving warm water or cold water look into a "skin" to wear underneath and get a suit that fits after you put the skin on. If you going to wear a Bikini or suit underneath, wear it when you try it on. You can jump up a size or more. A one piece is much better underneath since it does not roll up or fall down. Once your suited up you cant fix your top or bottom. Trying on wetsuits is VERY tiring, once you start sweating, they are harder to try on and everyting sticks to your skin. To help buy a "Dive Skin" before you try it on, its like a stocking for your whole body. Always ask your sales person to help.
          Shopper  I'm 5'8". 36/29/39. Which size should I choose? M or L.
Monica s  Depending on your weight, sounds like you will be more comfortable in a large.
