About Cressi Pro Star Full Foot Fins

The Rondine Pro Star is a Sleek Design that, like the Frog, Space Frog and Pro Light positions the Blade on Top of the Foot Pocket for Optimum Performance. The Foot Pocket is made of a Very Soft Elastomer Material that Comfortably Wraps around your Foot, Eliminating any Foot Cramping that occurs in many fins. The Blade is made of High Performance Polypropylene Material.

Designed to be used for Scuba as well as Snorkeling, the Pro Star is the perfect choice for the Recreational Diver. This is a Futuristic Design, deriving from the Cressi Deep Sea Skin-Diving Models, which introduces the use of more Reactive Materials. The Blade is made of Exceptionally Light and Reactive. The Blade Material is combined with a Comfortable Thermo-Rubber (elastomer) for the Foot Pocket, Side Rails and for various Inserts. The Blade Originates from the Upper-Part of the Foot Pocket, with a 20% Increase in Useful Surface Area compared to a traditional fin of the same length. The Side Rails extend along the Blade, continuing in a Protective Seal around the whole Blade Edge. Two Stabilizing Flaps on the End-of-the-Blade and on the Sole of the Foot, guarantee Excellent Stability of the Fin during Kicking.

The Excellent, Highly Anatomic, Computer-Designed Foot Pocket, provides Optimum Transmission of Leg-Fin Thrust. The resulting combination of materials is a formidable product that makes Kicking Easier and Powerful at the same time. Pro Star model is one of the most Powerful Full-Foot Fins in the Cressi range and is an excellent choice for Snorkeling, Skin-Diving and Scuba Divers. Fin is available in US sizes 4-5, 5.5-6.5, 7-8, 8.5-9.5 or 10-11 (EUR 37-38, 39-40, 41-42, 43-44 or 45-46). Extremely poor finish quality

Poor finish quality: excess rubber overhanging on edges, foot pocket drain holes blocked.

Very good fins for the money.

from Jupiter, FL, US

Fins fit me well very easy to put on and take off. Effort required to kick is about right for scuba diving .

Good product and value but runs big

from St. Croix USVI, VA, US

I really like these fins, but unfortunately they run very big. I usually take a women's size 8 shoe. After reading the reviews I went down to a 6.5. I have a very narrow foot, and they were still too big. I was unable to use them, even with neoprene footies, without getting blisters. I tried on some fins locally, and realized that I really need a 5. I guess fins are designed with a men's template and not a women's, so if you are a woman with a narrow foot, go down a couple of sizes. Otherwise, great product and a great value.

Solid fin

These fins are on the stiff side and fairly wide in the blade. But for a good, efficient stroke they transmit the energy into motion. Comfortable foot pockets are slightly larger than the size indicates

im getting down faster

Questions & Answers Powered by TurnTo®

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
James B C  Fins were less expenses and the video's on YouTube and the abundance of information provided by Leisurepro staff.
ARIEL C  chose them because of pricing and good Cressi. BUT, they have a design flaw and they break were the foot meets the blade in a few months of regular kicking.
Jorge R  Good brand, i try them in a local store and they felt fine.
MIKE D  Longer fins, good brand and price
MACIEJ P  great product for the price
Virgilio T  Will these fins fit the Aeris Jetpack Travel System?
Jocelyn G  I have thr jet pack and my fins hang out the top. However everything packed in the bag is secure because There is a zipper closest to the shoulder straps that allows the fins to peak out. Overall the jet pack kicks ass. I take only this bag with my gear clothes towel toiletries. And i carry it on. Hope you get to enjoy it too.
Mike T  Hi Dtenio, the smallest size on this fin is about 24 inches long.
Guest G  As long as the fins are less than 20" in length, they will fit. If the fins are a little too ling, they will stick out of the backpack. It should still fit in an overhead compartment on most planes.
Tim H  I am a men's 7.5 US size. What size of fins do you recommend. No local store carries these so I will have to order these online without trying them on?
AARON G  I wear a size 11, it's hard for me to give advice. If any of the dive shops in your area carry any Cressida full foot fins, I would go try those on. It has been my experience that Cressida sizing is very consistent across their product line.
MICHELLE S  7/8 men's should work. If you want to invest in a little better fin take a look at the cressi professional fin that is what I wear. Also buy a pair of dive socks.
Tim H  Hey Michelle thanks for the input. This is the first fin i am purchasing as an upgrade from standard snorkel fins. So I think this will be ok for me now. And I don't love the price jump to other fins either
