About Cressi Pro Light Fins

Pro Light is more powerful, and is easy to use than any fin on the market. The unique polypropylene blade material provides a variable flex that adjusts during the kicking cycle. The blade is extremely flexible and has snap requiring less kicking effort. The side stringers that extend all along the blade and two flaps situated along the end of the blade itself make the fin very directional.

Cressi-sub was the first company to recognize the performance value of the foot pocket. The Pro Light's foot pocket is made of a comfortable elastomer material and is computer designed to give ideal transmission of leg-fin thrust the blade becomes a true extension of your leg. The blade originates from the upper part of the foot pocket, with a 20% increase in useful surface area compared to a traditional fin of the same length. The unique foot pocket design keeps the diver's heel from extending over the end of the foot pocket. This transfers the kicking load to the diver's heel, rather than the middle of the foot and eliminates foot fatigue and cramping. Pro light's foot pocket is extra wide with soft expansion sides for extreme comfort. Fin is equipped with impact and corrosion resistant quick-release buckles with quality rubber straps.

All of these high performance features are packaged in a fin that weighs 35% less than conventional fins. Pro Light out maneuvers split fin technology, is as attractive as it is effective and costs less than most of the diving fins on the market. The Pro Light is ideal for all levels of experience. Fins are available in sizes: X-Small/Small, Small/Medium, Medium/Large or Large/X-Large come in Blue or Black colors and are covered by a 12 month limited warranty.

Most Liked Positive Review

Cressi has exceeded my expectations

I use Cressi Pro Light fins for snorkeling and free diving in rocky tight environments and when entering from shore. Oahu has many areas with razor sharp lava rock that good boots are required. These are great open heel fins for snorkeling and free diving. They are light, responsive, flexible and take you to the sea floor very fast. I would like a little more response when accelerating, but a stiffer blade would require much more energy over a long day. I am very happy with these fins.

Not Worth It

I bought these fins because of their price point and the positive reviews they have received I'll have to say that price is the ONLY good thing about these fins. - The main problem with Cressi Pro Lights is that they are made of cheap plastic that is way too stiff. When I tested them out in a pool I felt like there were 2 cardboards strapped to my feet. This hinders propulsion and maneuverability, while putting a lot of strain on the ankle. - The second problem is the design of the footb...

Backstrap slips off

from Cary, NC, US

I was not able to keep the back strap tight after entering the water from my first dive. I had to pull it back on my heel several times. I lost one fin on the second dive.

cressi pro lts. with added spring straps

from windham, NH, US

took ten dives with them in cozumel i am 61 and had plenty of power to swim against the current with full gear down to 90ft . not a hint of a leg cramp. runs a little lg. buy them!

not light

from richmond, CA, US

Fins are longer than my cold water fins and weigh exactly the same as my cold water split fins. Have not used them yet, but bought them for travel and they are not very weight friendly 5.2 pounds for the pair.

XS Does not fit average womens feet with bootie

from Broomfield, CO, US

Leisure pro said these would fit my girlfriends feet, size 7.5, with booties on. At the very smallest setting they were still loose and one came off with the first wave. Even at XS they would fit an average man or large woman. The quality for the money was good.

Great value

from Sulphur , LA, US

These were a great entry level fin. Plus they are much lighter than most of others so our packing is easier.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
steven m  looked all around the internet and found leisure pro to be the best price around, Great chat line with knowledgeable people
Rodrigo A  Because I didn't have enough money to pay $209.00 for the ones that I really wanted, a pair of Scuba Pro Seawing Nova Gorilla fins. They also are very similar to a pair of 8 years old Cressi Frog fins that I have. They are even more similar to the old cressi frog fins model than the new cressi frog fins, which by the way, they still are in very good shape and I love them.
ANDREW A  Very quality fins, simple functional for a good price.
Elizabeth M  Husband's fins weigh almost 10 pounds. Needed a lighter set for travelling to keep the weight down.
CHRISTOPHER A  I bought these because they fit my budget. They were a great purchase and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a decent fin at a reasonable price. Not recommended for dry suit use though.
PETE J  Introducing my son to snorkeling, he's got the basics down, but hard to find quality gear in kid's sizes. I want gear I/he can depend on in the ocean environment.
JANET M  Wanted non-split fins, lightweight to travel with.
YULIYA S  Is this fins will fit with diving boots? do i need to take size bigger then in size chart?
Mike T  Hi Yuliya, The size recommendation on this fin figured using a 3mm boot
JOSHUA S  I use them with dive boots.
TANYA M  I believe my daughter used them without booties.
MITCH C  Yes, you can wear boots with these fins. The straps are adjustable so you don't need a bigger size.
Shopper  are these fins positively bouyant?
Robert K  No bro they sink fastt
Mike T  Hi There, These fins are Negatively Buoyant so they will sink.
