these are small enough you can actually walk with them. Perfect for the pool to train the legs for the big flippers.

I use these daily in my pool routine. It really strengthens leg muscles before scuba diving adventures. I use to get leg cramps and I swim every day. Now since using these.....no cramps but great muscle tone.

Comfortable full foot swim fin. The Palau short is a hybride fin for all other water sports and is adjustable due to a strap on the heel.

Click on the "size chart" link above the drop down menu for size selection. There you will find equivalencies for sizes in Euro, men and women. The chart will show that the size in the drop down is US men. I found the sizing in US men to be one size large; i.e. I normally wear a US 10 ~ Euro 43-44 whereas the fins that fit me are marked US 8 1/2-9 1/2 ~ Euro 43-44.
