About Cressi Moby 5 Bag with Wheels

The Moby 5 is a Large Roller Backpack that is made from 300/400-Denier Nylon. The Grades of Denier were chosen to keep Weight-Down, but keep Durability-Up. The Large Main Compartment has a Dual Zipper Slider U-Shaped Opening which allowing Easy Access to all the Large Gear and Accessories-Stored-Inside. On the Outside of the Bag there are two Large Bellows Pockets with Dual Slider Zipper Closures, the Upper for Small Items and the Lower for a Regulator Bag. Two Side Pockets for Fins and a Small Luggage Tag Window for Travel complete the Storage Area of this Great Bag. All Zippers are Strong and Durable YKK-Design.

When you Travel, Bag allows you to Maneuver through Busy Airport, Train or Bus Terminals with its Reinforced Telescopic Handle and Wheels. One of the problems with Wheeled-Bags is once a Wheel Breaks, the Bag becomes Useless. Not with the Moby 5, Wheels are Removable, so they can be Replaced-if-Damaged.

Once you have arrived at your Dive Destination and Rolling the Bag on the Beach or Tight Dock Space is not an Option you can open the Hide-Away Shoulder Strap Pocket and your Bag can now be Carried-on-your-Back. Adjustable Shoulder Straps are Padded and for Added-Comfort. There are two Carrying Handles: a Reinforced Rubber Gripped Top and Ridged Bottom. The Back of the Bag houses Supporting-Rods to keep the Moby 5 in a Vertical Position.

        Questions about this item:

David C  1. I heard some airlines consider this bag "oversized," which can incur an additional charge even if it's under the weight limit. Is that true? 2. Are there fin pockets on both sides, or just the one side shown in the picture? Are the pockets big enough for my Tusa Tri-Ex fins? (Oddly, the fin pocket on my current Tusa roller bag is too small for my fins)
GARY S  I have traveled twice with this bag from west coast USA to Caribbean without any size issues. There are fin pockets on each side of the bag. I have the Volo Race fins ( size 11 mens foot) which have a significant blade length. They fit into the fin pockets easily. This bag has tons of storage room on the main compartment which makes it very versatile to carry other items in "addition to " dive gear. I have a large wooden statue packed in it under the plane at this very moment. The craftsmanship of this bag is great and I absolutely love it . I highly recommend for a frequent traveler. One more thing, the back straps that turn this bag into a "back pack" are a real bonus; the bag stays well balanced on your back and makes beach and dock loading easy. Cheers!
David C  Great info, Gary. Thanks!
