This bag is awesome for transporting your gear from home to the boat and back. No Mess. It holds your long freediving fins, small spearguns and a metric ton of other gear. It is simple and durable. If you are into compartmentalizing into pockets and zippers... don't buy this bag. It is for fellas like me who cram all my nasty wet gear in at one time for transport to clean at home. It is also a huge space saver on a boat. I fit all my spearfising freediving gear with room to spare. On SCUBA dives it holds everything but my weights and tank. It has a dump valve on one end so you can drain any excess water. Zip this bad boy up and throw it in the back of your Jeep and it won't leak or drip or smell up the place!!! Highly recommended.

My gear gets heavy use, but is well maintained. I'm also a huge fan of Cressi gear. However, after one or two trips I noticed deep scratches on the underside of the bag just from being moved around at airports and other locations. I ended up going out and finding a piece of material similar the material it's constructed of to provide a second layer to the entire outside bottom of the bag to patch the scratches. It did last a few more years, but eventually the seems literally just fell apart while sitting on a dock waiting for a boat. I had to tie a couple of pieces of rope around it just to keep it together. I'm looking for a replacement bag and won't be purchasing this one again.

Comments about Cressi Gorilla Duffel Bag:

One of the 2 zippers blew out in the hotel room before I ever used the bag! I had 2 BC's and 2 sets of fins in it. I was able to still use the bag using the remaining 1 zipper, but it to broke the pull tab!

Comments about Cressi Gorilla Duffel Bag:

At first this was a great bag. But after 2 1/2 years of occasional use (including cleaning after every dive), all the glue, which holds together all the seams, unglued. Cresi's response, "there isn't anything we can do, its out of warranty."

This bag replaced and aging nylon bag that had been repaired with 400 pound mono. It fits my freediving fins perectly along with all of my other gear. I like the drain plug feature. Overall, a quality product thus far.
