I have this BCD and used it on multiple dives and it is very comfortable and reliable. Many other divers have complimented on this BCD being stylish and very light. I feel very secure and it alsois has multiple D rings for gadgets and for folk that do not like plastic ones you can simply replace them with aluminum ones if needed. One more great feature is that it folds into a small carrying bag whichever comes with it too.

The Quality of this BCD is very nice and i believe it is capable of lasting a long time. My biggest problem with this model is that it lacks a cummerbund strap. without a tight fitting cummerbund the BCD rides up causing your head to hit the first stage on the tank. Ride up is especially bad at the surface. The only remedy i have found to work is to use a crotch strap. I don't think i have to explain the discomfort there.

Comments about Cressi Air Travel BCD:

I use this BC at work, lightweight and confortable, easy folding, storage. Cons: it lacks of a plastic handle to carry when attach to tank. Need more rings, but if you get Cressi weights pockets for tank, could use front pouches to storage buoy, reel, camera, etc.

Comments about Cressi Air Travel BCD:

This BCD is very light and compact. However, I did exchange it as our son is very slight and the BCD did not seem to be very stable on him. We selected another Cressi BCD with a cummerbund harness.

Full featured for a light weight BC

Pros

  • Durable
  • Easily Adjustable
  • Lots Of Features

Cons

  • Sort Of Stiff

Best Uses

  • Warm Water

Comments about Cressi Air Travel BCD:

I was looking for a light weight, compact, travel BC for warm water diving. I bought the Zeagle Convert and the Cressi Air Travel BC. Tough decision - but I kept the Zeagle because it was more streamlined and has less parts to get lost. The Cressi has removable weight pockets and some dumb little belt to tie the BC together when you pack it). No big deal – but less removable parts means less to lose. Both are very light weight. The Zeagle is definitely missing a few things that the Cressi has (extra "D" rings, a pocket). The Cressi is clearly a more substantial/more featured BC.

With regard to fit – I'm a size 12 woman's, 5'9" tall, 165 lbs and I bought a size small. Fits great.

Shopper  integrated weight pockets?.... weight. of bcd?
MARK S  The rig is both compact and light. Yes, it has integrated weight pockets (weights sold separately). I really like this BCD for warm water diving, which is all that I do. Because it is designed to be travel-friendly and light, it doesn't have all of the features of heavier BCDS (such as D-rings and pockets). If you are looking for a strong, comfortable, light-weight rig, this is an excellent choice.
