About Aquabionic Warp1 Open Heel Fins

The Aquabonic Warp 1 Open Heel Fin, Water Adapting Responsive Propulsion (WARP), a Revolutionary Principle of Three Dimensional Blade Geometry that creates an Automated Adaptive Response for Underwater Propulsion, Anticipating a Divers Strength and Style of Kick. The Blade Geometry Responds by Actively Generating a 3-D Profile to Achieve Maximum Efficiency and Power A New Category of Fins, One Awesome Fin Design!

Constructed from three High-End Thermoplastic Rubber (TRP) Materials chosen for Specific Performance Parameters, WARP Technology provides a Power Gradient of Unmatched Responsiveness and Performance Anticipating Divers Kick. Impulse Actuators (Core of WARP Technology) Adapt, Optimizing their Position along a Prescribed Arc of Motion By Cupping and Spreading the Actuators. Proportionally provide the Instantaneous Blade Shape Required Anticipating Movement, the Actuators Articulate and Automatically Adapt their Position Based on the Kick Intensity of a Diver.

WARP Technology Excels at all Technical Kick Styles, making the WARP 1 the most Versatile Fin for All Levels of Divers. Comprehensive Testing by Elite Combat Divers proves that Reduced Kick Amplitudes Generate Increased Speed with Less Energy Expended and Air Consumed. The WARP 1 Anatomy consists of a Y-Frame which attaches the Foot Pocket to the WARP Blade System. The WARP Blade is made up of the two Outboard Actuators, a Stiff TRP with a Soft Flexible Center Membrane. These two components work in concert to Channel the Waters Thrust Directly Behind the Diver without Water Pressure Slipping or Rolling-Off the Blade Surface, in short Pure-Power. The Membrane provides Expansion Compensation that Equalizes Tension between the Spreading Actuators.

The Aquabonic WARP 1 Open Heel Vented Fin comes with Adjustable Fin Straps that have "Squeeze-Style" Quick Release Buckles, Large End and Heel Pull Tabs for Easy Donning and Doffing. The Strap is made from Durable Rubber; Buckle is Corrosion, Impact Resistant Plastic Fins are available in 3 Sizes, 4 color choices and are covered by a 24 month limited warranty.

Cetateck, very professional, is sending a new pair of fins. If in six months they are still working I will retract myself of what I have said. Thanks Cetateck.

Comments about Cetatek Aquabionic Warp1 Open Heel Fins:

This fin broke from the foot pocket after five months of using them. They have an Issue wich will show after after somewhere arround 50-60 dives.
The company answered to my complaints saying thet they had only 3 similar problems within the 11 months that they have distribute worldwide, and that they would replace them to the shop I bought them. What abot the shipment, specially international?
            Question:
How many divers have bought this fin?
Out of the diver that bought this fins how many have use them more than 40 dives?

            Questions about this item:

L W  what's the difference between this and Aquabionic1 fins, besides the spring steel straps?
RONNY C  None although I would advise you to get the steel spring straps and use it as your primary strap with the original as your backup.
T Gandolfo T  how much do the fins weighs?
SETH S  One small (yellow) fin with small/regular stainless steel strap weighs 1 pound 14 1/8 ounces. If you wear two then figure about twice that.
CHRISTOPHER B  I have a pair of Sling Shots with small size. I wear size 9 shoes. Would the small size of the Warp 1 be fine or medium?
SETH S  Just spent a week in Saba with a pair of Small Warp1 fins with Small/Regular Spring Straps. The booties I used are AquaLung SuperZip ergo US size 9. I tried fins on at LeisurePro with my booties and the Regular were definitely too big. Didn't think to try the spring straps at the time, so I'm not sure if the Regular/X-Large would be more comfortable. (This is my first pair of spring straps and they seem snug, but not tight.)
