This is a very nice handle. I dive a lot in cold water, so it doesn't matter how the handle is, but I did appreciate the rubber, soft handle while snorkeling. It is very lightweight feeling in the water and has a good lanyard in case you have to let the camera go. The most notable thing I must say is the mounting surface. Most of my other mounts requires you to unscrew the camera, but the mounting surface of this handle matches up with the stock GoPro mount. This is great for when I want to m...ove the camera to my helmet or dash cam. I just squeeze the mount, slide it off and slide it onto the next one.
The Multi-Grip from Beneath the Surface is Lightweight, Compact and is used with Go-Pro Cameras. Usable on Land or in the Ocean, this Grip comes with a Rubber Covered Wrist Lanyard with Sliding Barrel Lock so that you do not lose your equipment while diving underwater. It's also equipped with the BTS Camera Quick-Release System, which makes it easy to Mount-and-Un-Mount Go-Pro Cameras.
The Beneath-the-Surface Multi Grip is made from Durable Rubber and Anodized Aluminum Components. The bottom features a 1/4"-20 Threaded Hole, so you can use it with any Standard Tripod. Multi Grip is perfect for walking around the dive boat before and after the dive or getting those shots of the baby's first steps. They are available in Multiple Colors and are covered by a 12 month limited warranty.

Will this work with the sealife MicroHD 2.0?
SHANE L
I cannot say for sure about the SeaLife MicroHD, but suspect not. The Mount on this grip is specific to the GoPro quick attach/release mechanism. I hope this helps.
WILLIAM H
No, Its configured for Go Pro slide mount
ERIK F
Not sure what type of connector the SeaLife uses, but the handle is permanently fitted with a go pro mount.
DANIEL C
What is the buoyancy of this handle? Negative, Neutral, or Positive?
Stefan K
negative. I do like the handle though.
WILLIAM H
Negative
DEBBIE W
I would have to say it is more on the negative side. It won't sink fast but it will sink. I used a go pro camera with it which made it a little heavier.
MICHAEL S
It will sink if you drop it in the water.
ERIK F
Negative. Sinks rather quickly with or without the camera. Which I like because if i have to let the camera go to use my hand, I can feel it dangling and know it's still there.

HOW TO USE IT?
ERIK F
The gopro slides and locks into the flat top portion using the standard mount and you hold the stick. It has a very comfortable grip and is a very nice hand grip.
MICHAEL S
If you have a Go Pro Camera, the camera just clicks in with the adapter. If you are using the stick with something else, the company sells an adapter that works with this grip. I have a Garmin VIRB camera and needed to buy the adapter which is sold separately.

This is a grip style handle for the Go Pro camera. It has a mount for the Go Pro on the end.
You hold it in your hand like you would a cup.
