Comments about Blue Reef Lift Bags:

This is a great value in a large (100lb plus) lift bag. The plastic material obviously requires reasonable care in use and is harder to repair than heavier duty materials but it packs super small, cleans easily, and dries really fast.
On the down side recreational divers should never, ever, use a bag this size in deep water, so use good judgement.

Comments about Blue Reef Lift Bags:

I bought this product to teach one of the last objectives of the Search & Recovery specialty dive for Advanced Open Water: lifting an object not exceeding 25lbs. I have only ever lifted between 10-15lbs using this lift bag and it is rated for 50lbs, but I am noticing that the seam on the bag has broken apart and it seems that the whole lift bag is coming apart. For now the bag still holds air and does the job, but I'm going to see about returning it as defective.

                  Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
PHIL S  For lifting items found in the local reservoir. I often find anchors
jay s  How big is the orange 140lb bag when it is rolled up to be stowed; will it fit into a zeagle ranger bc pocket?
CHARLES H  I am unsure about the Zeagle, but the bag almost fits in my BC pocket, with a few inches out the top. I only carry the bag, when I expect to need it. I am usually spearfishing, and do not have room for the bag in conjunction with all of the spearfishing gear. When I need the bag, I usally fold and handroll. Without attempting to minimize the size, I would guess the folded size is about 8 inches long and 3 inches in diameter.
Matt M  Does this lift bag have a vent on the top?
ROGER B  no there is no vent, its not needed. you can dump air by pulling down on the top corner of the lift bag. one could be added if desired. these are great bags, well made.
