I'm looking for a durable stainless braided (shark proof) regulator/octopus hose for cage diving. Can I swap out my existing hoses with this product? Any compatibility issues?

Hello Edwin, you should have no issues switching the hoses out. This would fit most regulators.

Hello Edwin, you should have no issues switching to this hose vs the one you currently use.

Have a scuba pro knight hawk BCB would you have a 45 angle with this?
YAN G
This is a High Pressure hose, not for a BCD.

Frank do understand thanks for the information

Does this hose come with a swivel end for the console?
GREGORY P
The swivel part should be in the console it is a small piece in the center of the fitting with an O ring on each end

It really doesn't need to. It is really very maneuverable and flexible. Try it. It is risk free. Only thing I would to take care of it is not to let anything heavy fall on it as one of the threads may come out and they are razor sharp. Good quality and great hose.
Mark F
It does, but I sent mine back as it has been recalled. I advise sticking w/ the plain rubber hose for safety.

Hi John, I believe that mine had a straightforward hex nut and not a swivel end. I had to return my HP hose because 1) I couldn't find any way to connect it to my console which is shrouded with non removable cover. 2) There was a loop exposed on the braiding. Regarding the first item, I guess I expected too much - that Leisurepro might have checked what equipment I'd bought from them and then physically check the new item was appropriate. I also had to return the Blue Reef LP hose as it had a hexagon nut & screw thread when I requested a sprung quick release connector.
I'd suggest you talk direct to their technical staff before purchasing.
Steve S
No. But you can buy the swivel end separately.

Why Did You Choose This?
LOREN G
Better flexibility and streamlining thus improving routing. Greatly reduces the chance of entanglement in wrecks.
