Corrective lenses - worth every penny!

By Laura A.

 -  Saguache, CO, US

having the corrective lenses put in my new mask was fantastic! so nice to be able to see things in the distance. mask fit great. I highly recommend the mask and corrective lenses.

Vision Problems?...

Just as eyeglasses are the easiest and safest way to correct vision topside, corrective lenses are the simplest and most cost effective choice for correcting it underwater. Tired of not being able to see well underwater? Can't read your computer or gauges? Maybe you not sure what F-Stop you are setting your camera on? If these are problems for you when diving you need to get a set of Diopter lenses for your dive mask.

See things clear underwater with these Negative Diopters for your Atomic Subframe Mask. Diopters are available from -1.0 to -8.0 in -0.5 Diopter increments both left and right lens. Make seeing underwater better and increase your diving safety.

This product can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.

Questions about this item:

MICHAEL B  How long does it take to get a new Subframe mask with corrective lenses?  Could I get one in time for a trip in two weeks?
darrick c  Hello Michael, call my Sales team at 1.800.347.2822 they can check stock on the mask and lens you need.
Robin T  how do i determine which lens is the right Diopter? And how long does this take from order to delivery to Seattle?
darrick c  Hello Robin, if you want to give us a call at 1.800.347.2822 we can help you get the correct lens you need.
VICTOR L  Does the corrective lens has the same qualities as the original lens?
Mario C  Thank you Joe, was about to forward you that question!!! you guys rock!!
JOE S  The corrective lenses are Precision Optical Glass which are ultra clear.
Kendall G  I own the mask and am considering putting in the lenses myself. Are there instructions available for the installation?
Mario C  Hi Kendall, thank you for your question. According to manufacturer lenses have to be factory assembled. "Atomic Corrective Lenses Optional for the SubFrame. Precision ground optical glass lenses are available in diopters between -1.0 to -8.0 in .5 diopter increments. Lenses must be factory assembled." https://www.atomicaquatics.com/masks_subframe.html
JAMES W  Is the entire lens at the chosen Diopter or part of the lens and do we have a choice?
RODNEY O  Hello, I just bought this mask a month ago with a -1.50 prescription and it does cover the entire lens. hope this help
ROY D  The Atomic Aquatic Subframe mask is designed so that the lens can be installed as a LH lens or a RH lens. The lenses are purchased individually to meet the required diopter for each eye. The lens can be installed by yourself but I had mine installed by Atomic Aquatics for free. Maybe the warranty is void if one were to install it by yourself. Something to consider.
STEVEN B  Entire lens is and I don't think there is a choice.
JAMES W  Thank you!
MICHAEL V  The entire lens. The margain along the nose is a bit fuzzy. Overall great lenses.
