Hi Kendall, thank you for your question. According to manufacturer lenses have to be factory assembled.

Hello, I just bought this mask a month ago with a -1.50 prescription and it does cover the entire lens. hope this help

The Atomic Aquatic Subframe mask is designed so that the lens can be installed as a LH lens or a RH lens. The lenses are purchased individually to meet the required diopter for each eye.
The lens can be installed by yourself but I had mine installed by Atomic Aquatics for free.
Maybe the warranty is void if one were to install it by yourself. Something to consider.
