Keep it organized

I’m not the most organized person out there and my hobbies tend to fill a garage pretty fast, so when I found this bag I thought I’d give it a try. It’s perfect, I grab it with all of my spear fishing gear packed and ready throw my wetsuit over my shoulder and I’m off to the boat or beach. I holds everything including fins, mask, snorkel, hood, float line, guns, shaft, points, knife, even a deflated buoy from spilling out on the deck. When I’m done I hose out any sand or kelp, clean my ge...

Great bought 2 takes care of the whole family

big bag, really big

this bag is very nice and surely will fit all your dive gear. i was looking for a bag i could take with me to the beach to hold all my gear and be able to use for traveling as well... unfortunately i dont think that bag exists, this bag is way too big to take to the beach or for everyday use. i would recommend this bag if your traveling with 2 people or have a ton of gear this would be good for you; if your looking for everyday type usage you probably wont like it.

Armor New Expandable Spear Gun Bag, #87

The main reason for purchase was to stop airline paranoia when transporting guns. It works as I flew domestic & international flights & gear arrived, though there was a card inside indicating a TSA search so DON'T LOCK it or they'll break the lock. If it had 2 wheels one end it would greatly help transport throught airports as its too long to put on a cart, especially when extended (& my guns are long). External straps to strap stuff on the outside that doesn't fit into the bag may be useful

great product!

great spearfishing bag. I've flown with it, taken on boats, and stuffed in cars. Durable, easy to carry, holds multiple spearguns, free diving fins, wetsuit, etc. two shoulder straps make it possible to carry as a back pack into difficult access reefs from shore. only negative is that it is not waterproof, so if you are like us and strap it to the top of your truck or leave it out in the boat where it can be splashed on, water will get into the bag (which generally isn't an issue as you're going in the water with that equipment anyways). definitely recommend it!

Only speargun bag you'll ever need!

I use this bag for waterskiing and free diving/spearfishing. I loaded my Riffe 4X speargun, waterski, ski tow rope, fins, mask, weights and I still have room to put more stuff in it. It's just what I needed.

Questions & Answers Powered by TurnTo®

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
Matteo R  I had the same bag, but unfortunately it was stolen. It's a great bag if you have 2-3 guns, and it can also fit your entire gear (dry suit, long blade fins, etc...). The padded side pockets are also great for fragile items such as GoPro camera, etc...
Shawn m  I am going to be traveling too Madagascar. Does this item protect well enough for international airline transport with lots of transfers and traveling in backs of trucks or would a sportube be better?
Steve S  This will travel great. It is made very well and breaks down into enough pieces that it does not take up a lot of space.
Dana D  Shawn, Personally, if I was going to take that trip, I'd use a Sportube. The Armor bag is great, but has the protection of a fabric ice bag, or a pizza delivery bag. It's good for protecting against scrapes and minor bumps, but won't do you any good if something heavy, like a big suitcase, is thrown on top. The expandable portion of the bag is made without any padding at all. On the other hand, the Armor is well made, and carries a lot of gear, including long fins. I got mine for a really good price, so for local diving, and for short, one airport flights, it made sense. Hope that help. Dana
Mike T  Can't answer for sure about the sportube, but I've had it all over The Out Islands & FL Keys and it's holding up great! I keep bungie cords and tie downs in the outside pockets for easy access to secure it to truck and car racks. Hope this helps & have fun!
NATHAN S  It has traveled excellent for me. My friends have traveled overseas as well with the same bag. I recommend it. I do wrap my gun with towels and clothes to be sure though.
JOHN I  It's a good piece of gear. I highly recommend it. I take mine back and forth from California to Hawaii with no problems. Just keep your mask in a plastic case because those airline luggage chuckers don't take care of your things, so your mask could get scratched.
IAN E  I've used it for the last 4 years of traveling the world with no problems. I don't like Sportubes because they take up so much space (in boats, rental cars, hotel rooms,.....) while you're not using them on the airplane. Only drawback is there are no wheels like a sportube, kinda sucks when you're carrying around a 20 lb tuna gun and a bunch of other stuff on your shoulder.
JONATHAN K  I would use a sportube. This bag is padded, but I don't think it would protect very good at all from crushing or bending like you would get from airline baggage monkeys.
Yulin C  Hi! I want to ask my friend to bring this bag to my country, but I'm afraid this bag is too long. I want to know if I can bend it into U shape for transport. In your experience, will that damage this bag? Thank you!
CHARLES C  Yes you can fold it up 3-4 times. I have two of these bags and they are folded up right now. They are great bags very durable and have a true non corrosive zipper beffy zipper. The pockets and straps inside are well designed.
BENJAMIN H  Hi Yulin, This bag is very packable if it is empty. I fold it up and store it in my closet when not traveling. It is a soft bag but much lighter than my SportTube so I typically travel with it instead. Also it shortens for smaller guns. -Ben
JEFF N  This is is a great I have a Riffe competitor 3xs a big gun and it fits fine, the bag is padded but can be folded in half easily but don't expect it to fold down super small, so make sure they are going to have room for it, I fit my big Riffe my freediving fins, float line, mask snorkel , spare parts and it all fits with no problem. really like the bag .
MENACHEM K  yes you can bend it no problem
STEVE M  Hi, yes, this bag, without equip can easily be folded into a quarter size with no damage. Happy hunting. Steve.
DON M  You can bend it with no problem. I often transport my guns in a hard tube then use this bag to protect them and get them out of the sun between dives. Great Bag, very durable. Good Luck!, Don.
ANDREW L  The bag itself is not rigid. Should be no problem folding it for packing/shipping.
DEREK L  No should be fine
