This item is an adapter to use compressed air in a scuba tank to fill car tires. It utilizes the compressed air in the tank as well as the low pressure hose on your BC. You would connect this device to the BC where you normally attach the BC inflator. Then, put BC on tank and open valve. Now use the tire inflator to pump up tires. Handy if you are shore diving and have deflated tires for sand driving.

I am a scuba diver and own my own scuba air tanks. A scuba diver uses an inflatable jacket called the BCD Body Control Device.
