Comments about Aqua Scuba Spiral Bound Note Pad with Pencil:

Wet notes are so much easier to carry than big bulky slates. They fit in the pockets and then are there for later use. The attached bungy for the pencil might need replacing but otherwise a great product to take along on the dives.

Comments about Aqua Scuba Spiral Bound Note Pad with Pencil:

The pencil is permanently attached to the sprial spine and the spiral broke at the top but the rest remained intact. It is very light, cheap, and works very well. It is less bulky and much more storable than a slate..

    The pencil writes easily underwater.

I recommend this to anyone that needs a cheap, effective, worth-having writing surface.

    Questions about this item:

Shopper  Is this really a LEAD pencil? Is it replaceable? Thanks!
SONJA K  Yes, it is replaceable. I replaced mine before I went on the dive. suggest you do the same or just take a spare pencil with. I used a normal HB pencil that I cut to size and replaced it. This little spiral notebook works wonderful underwater and it is so small and compact.
Mark S  Are the pages blank or do they have lines and/or grids?
JASON P  Pages are blank. Worked well for me, though recommend a back up pencil, lanyard came off the spiral.
Shopper  will this degrade if left under water for long periods of time? Years?
KENNETH P  I have not used it underwater but it has remained wet for several days in a row with no noticeable degradation. I am an Instructor and seem to always have wet hands when I need to write information down between dives. I am not worried about it preforming well underwater. Ken
