It's been so long since I purchased the straps, I don't recall if they came as a set or singly. You will want two obviously for strapping knife to your lower leg. They work great. Good luck!

how to determine the length of the strap?
STEVEN D
Use a tape measure around your calf muscle and ankle. The upper strap needs to be longer than the lower strap because your calf muscle is wider than your ankle, and these straps do not expand. They are fixed length straps. Best knife strap I have ever used is the standard rubber strap on the Tusa X-Pert II Ti knife.

what size best fit for arm wrap?

The 12" wrap fits the arm
KEVIN K
The strap is adjustable. It fits my upper arm and the top of my forearm. It will not adjust small enough to fit my wrist. I would suggest a 12 in or shorter strap for a wrist strap.
