Good upgrade

I used these with Sherwood Impact fins with a Viking dry suit...it drastically improved my gear-up experience and eliminated the buckle slip issue I sometimes have with the dry suit. I can't speak to the longevity yet nor using them in warm water but I love these for dry suit diving.

Did not work for me

I agree with the other reviews that state that these fin straps tend to fall off the fins posts. I finally gave up trying to use this product. I was always afraid that the metal housing that attaches to the fin post would come off and my fins would end up on the bottom of the ocean. After the 4th or 5th time of falling off in the water I decided I would just use my old standard fin straps. I wish this would have worked but it didn't. Definitely would not buy this.

EZ Spring Fin Strap - Pro Diver, Black

Worked great. The only issue is that tne latest version of this product from Innovative contains a bolt kit that prevents the slide-on connector from jumping off the connecting post on your fins. It's ok if one comes off, but if they both came off, you'll lose the strap climbing back into the boat. An easy fix is a cheap rubber washer over the connecting post to keep it on your fins. Well worth the $$.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
ANTHONY S  Strap pops off fin lost one but works good. Needs a better retainer. Thanks Anthony
Valentin L  Will this fit Scubapro jetsport? Which size for those fins sized medium? it comes ina pair for 23.95 or just one?
CAROL S  Two. Strap size doesn't depend on fin size it depends how far your heel sticks out of fin. You need to put on your fins with your boots and measure the length around your heel to the center of the posts. Then I think you'll probably want to choose something a little shorter so there is enough tension on the spring, but not so short they're too hard to get on. Sometimes tricky to get the right length in spring straps. I use garden hose washers to keep these on the posts better.
Shopper  Will this fit atomic aquatics split fins?
BRIAN B  I modified my by adding a block of wood to the clasp and screwing it in place so the clasp would not slip of the fin post.
