Comments about Akona 2 mm Reef Gloves (AKFG608):

Gave it so somebody immediately. I don't think it's a sizing problem. I'm using M size for most of the glove, and ordered M. Circumference of the knuckle fits very well, and the wrist strap first just perfect. However, it's pretty loose on the fingers causing it feels big for a 2mm glove. And what makes it worst, the size of little finger is about the same as the index finger on one side. They really need better workmanship. I'm a particular person, so I don't feel good about this. But it has a low price tag, still a good deal if you are not particular. And it serves you well during wreck diving.

Great fit and does the job, no loss of feeling. Would not work great for temps below 60 degrees.

Comments about Akona 2 mm Reef Gloves (AKFG608):

I don't use these gloves for diving. I use them for winter cycling to keep my hands warm. And they work great. :) I would and do recommend these to other cyclist.

All of the warm water reefs that I have been to (numerous sites in the Caribbean) gloves are not allowed. This is so divers won't grab the corral.

But if you're diving in an unrestricted area, these would be great.

Comments about Akona 2 mm Reef Gloves (AKFG608):

I like wearing gloves when snorkeling or around wrecks. I am real small and have a hard time finding gear that suits a small frame. These gloves provide great protection but are thin enough you can handle a knife, gauges, rope, snap closures and zippers. They even included a nice little mesh bag!

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
JAMES B  Name recongnition and recommendation that they will last longer than the pair it replaced
Kirk R  Do these gloves run large or small in fit? And did your hands remain warm?
DAVID E  In my opinion, they run small. This is my second pair and I got the XL both times. I use them for lobster diving in the keys so they are thin enough to have a lot of flexibility and "feel" yet rugged enough that my first pair lasted 4 yrs. I'm pretty much diving in the summer in 80ish degree water so this glove was perfect for where I go.
