I used the bag to bring my Scuba gear to the Carribean. It is lightweight but very sturdy and holds the gear very well. Brought it on the boat and made keeping track of my gear easy!

Bag is of quality construction, just a little smaller than I hoped.Whoever is getting a full set of gear and anything else is either a midget or lying. Could totally be used for diving but not as main bag. Looks nice too. I wanted to return it cost of returning was about $60 UPS so decided to keep it,

Just started diving and plan to do several trips a year from Montana to warmer waters. After reading many reviews I noticed this bag on sale. Not disappointed. It easily fits all my gear with additonal room for other miscellaneous items. Appears to be very sturdy and meets size limits for check in bags.

Comments about Akona Less Than 10 lbs (4.5 kg) Roller Bag (AKB182):

I wanted a new bag for a recent Roatan trip and wanted to stay light weight. A lot of reviews were talking about how you could fit 2 sets of gear in their bags and this was NOT what I was looking for. I wanted economy of size and price. This bag fit the bill perfectly. I had all my gear (wetsuit-full 3mm, regs (not computer), fins, mask, boots and light clothing and weighed in at 48#s. Perfect for the under 50# needed for air travel. If there is one thing I was looking for but didn't find, it was the separate pockets for fins, but it was really a no issue for all the other benefits. Construction seems durable, zipper was strong.

Gail L  I want a collaspable bag for the livaboard trip I am planning. just wondering if my aqualung sling shots will fit in bag? with a bc and couple of wetsuits. and clothes. How much gear will fit?
JEFF C  I packed a wetsuit, BC, regulator, fins, mask, snorkel, clothes, shoes and assorted things, but it's not collapsible. It makes a great bag when checking your luggage for a flight, it holds a lot...but it does not collasp.
