At Scuba.com, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All orders placed via this website are secure. This means that your credit card number and all other sensitive information will be protected by encryption. We also accept Venmo and Google Pay at checkout.
We also accept checks or money orders. There is a $25 service charge on returned checks. Sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D. orders from first-time customers.
Overseas customers please note: The most convenient method of payment for foreign orders is by credit card, since the exchange rate is automatically calculated at the best available rate of exchange.

Some orders may be subject to our verification procedure before we can process it. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are valid. If your order requires verification, you will be notified by email within one business day.
Orders shipping to an address in a state which requires us to collect sales tax will have local sales tax assessed. In certain cases, we may provide an estimated sales tax amount until your exact location is finalized prior to order completion.
Since July 1, 2022, Colorado has imposed a retail delivery fee on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a destination in Colorado containing at least one piece of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax. Scuba.com is required to collect the fee from the purchaser during the time of the transaction. The rate as of July 1, 2023, is 28 cents, the state has the authority to alter it on a regular basis as needed.
We make it easy to check your orders and track shipments. Make sure you're logged in, go to the my account page, and click to view the progress of your order.
- Pending - order is submitted and being imported to our database
- On Hold - order is being verified or has payment issues
- Ready - order is ready to be processed
- Picked - order is currently being picked in the shipping department
- Invoiced - order has been finalized and ready to be packed
- Shipped - order has been shipped and is in transit
- Backorder - one or more of the items in your order are out of stock; we are waiting for the item(s) to become available. If the item is no longer available, our team of experts will reach out with a suggested replacement.
- Canceled - the order is canceled.
You can also email us at custserv@scuba.com for an update. Be sure to include the following in your message: the order number, the name and address we shipped your order to, and the date your order was placed.
We will email you a tracking number as soon as it's available. You can track your order by logging in to your account and clicking the link. Note that it may take up to 24 hours for you to see an order tracking update online.
You may cancel your order for any reason before it's packed, and you will not be charged. Please call our Customer Service Department to make sure that you order has not yet been packed.
If we already shipped the merchandise, we cannot cancel the order. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Returns page for more info.
Note: Any specially ordered merchandise is non-cancelable.
We strive to keep most items in stock for immediate delivery (unless we specify that it is available on a “Special Order” basis only).
In the event that an item is out of stock or it's unable to ship for any other reason, we will notify you (typically within one business day). We will keep the order open unless told to cancel it, and we will ship the item as soon as it is in stock. We will only charge your credit card at the actual time of shipment, but there may be a hold on the funds until the time of shipment.

We package every order carefully so that your merchandise arrives ready to give you years of enjoyment. For your own protection, do not sign for merchandise until you inspect it for damage.
If your order is damaged or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact your local United Parcel Service office for a Damage Inspection Report. UPS will issue a Damage Call Tag. Contact our Customer Service Department with the Damage Call Tag number and we'll arrange for reorder or credit.
Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, because it will delay replacement of your order or the issuance of credit.
If you have problems with any item, call or email our Customer Service Department and have your invoice number ready.

Gift Cards
Scuba.com gift cards and gift certificates are a great way for friends and family to choose the gift that's right for them while staying within your budget. To order a gift card or gift certificate, visit our Gift Cards page.
You have two options for redeeming your gift card.
- To redeem your gift card on the phone or in store: When you place your order tell the salesperson that you want to pay with your gift card.
- To redeem your gift card online: When you check out, you'll have the option to use your gift card as a payment method. Remember, you can redeem as much or as little of the gift card as you want with each order. The remaining balance is stored in your account for future orders.

All items offered for sale are subject to availability. Many items on our website or catalog site come from various sources. Scuba.com is therefore bound to fluctuating currency exchange rates, making it necessary to occasionally increase prices. In addition, some domestic and overseas products may be discontinued without our prior knowledge. Should this apply to your order, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
We make every effort to provide you with an error-free website. However, in the event there is a misprint, we reserve the right to correct copy or pricing to reflect the actual current status.
All new products are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the details on the specific product pages.
If you buy from an authorized dealer such as Scuba.com, you will be notified in the event of a safety recall. The warranty is much more important with scuba gear since you don’t suck air from your steering wheel while 80 feet underwater. Every year the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) finds several scuba products that require recall. That is why you should purchase your gear from an authorized dealer.
We are a fully equipped, factory-authorized repair facility. We offer dive equipment overhauls, maintenance, and repairs by in-house, brand-trained, and authorized technicians with genuine factory parts.
