Order Verification

Our Policy

In order to protect you from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping. All orders may require a 24-48 hour period of time for normal verification purposes. If we can't verify the correct information, there will be a considerable delay in the processing of your order. We will notify you by phone or email if that should be the case.

All orders placed with a credit card, must submit the billing address of the credit card (where you receive your monthly credit card statements).

If the billing address is a P.O. Box we will require shipping to your residence or business address and that address must be listed with directory assistance.

If you need to ship to an alternative address, the shipping address must be listed with a yellow pages directory assistance, such as www.superpages.com.


International Order Verification

In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping. Since we will not ship without this verification, please avoid delays in the processing of your order by submitting complete information.

All International orders must ship their orders to the billing address of the credit card (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent).

You'll need to send a copy of both the front and back of the credit card being used, plus a copy of the most recent statement of your account. Please Fax those documents to 212 691-7286, or email to custserv@leisurepro.com.

International orders do not apply APO/AFO military addresses, Puerto Rico, all other US territories, or Canada.
