Bungee cord with barrel lock fastener on rear for securing gear to bag exterior. Removable sling shoulder carry strap. This durably constructed PVC Backpack measures (L x H x W) 23" x 12" x 8" (58.4cm x 30.5cm x 20.3cm) with a volume of 2,208 cubic inches (36.2 liters). Dry bag is available in multiple colors.
