Miyuki S This will not fit the Zeagle Octo Z. You would need a regular LP hose like the Phantom Standard 3/8 LP Regulator Hose SKU: ISCPLPH and the XS Scuba "EZ" QD Adapter Scuba Pro Style SKU: XSSQDH.

DAVID P Yes it will connect just fine. To get the correct hose lenght measure the BC inflator hose and add a few inches. More the likely 22 inches will be just fine with an extra small bc.
ROBERT C Yes, it will work fine.
RICHARD W Low Pessure connections are pretty standard depending on the BCD the quick connect may not fit. There are at least 3 diffrent connections depending on the make of BCD. The length also depends on weather there is a pull dump on the BCD.

SEAN S You should measure it, there are too many variables. How hi or low do you wear your tank? How do you route your hose out of your first stage? How far down is your dump/inflater valve?
It is better to be a bit too long than too short so round up.
Takao K Is an adapter necessary whether this product can be connected to scubapro-air2?
In addition, does the length of the product include the length of the adapter?
TED K Yes you would need to purchase an adapter for a Scubapro Air2 and that would add length to the hose.
JESSE S Don't use q quick disconnect hose for an Air 2 set up. You need to buy a regulator hose of the length that you want. You can then remove the adapter from your old hose to the Miflex hose (or purchase a new adapter). The adapter is about 1" in length.
RANDALL A A The length is tip to toe, adapter inclusive. There is no need for a different adapter.
WARREN M I would not use this hose to connect to an air-2. There are adapters available separately but they sometimes leak or have problems sealing since you would have two quick disconnects at the end of the hose. I would buy the low pressure hose and an air-2 quick disconnect fitting that attaches to a standard low pressure hose fitting.

Shopper Will the hose fit a Mares Abyss?
MATTHEW G LP and HP ports on regulators are usually standard, but you would be best served to check directly with the manufacturer. I have installed these on Poseiden, Aqualung, and Diverite first stages with no problems.

TERRILL J Yes, you should have no problems. That is one thing I have found common to all regulators is that the connector size and threads that I have come across are all excatly the same and interchangeable. You can even use Brand "A" Regulator with Brand "B" 1st Stage, although not reccomended.

GARY T Sorry Jeff, not sure about if it fits your equipment. i had those questions and sought out a dive shop that sold the hoses. they helped a bit, but i also looked on the XS Scuba site that makes the hoses. after seeing the amount of adapters they make, I'm sure they have what it takes to make the connections you need. as far as the hoses themselves, i have dove with them several times since i had them installed and i love them. the best thing is the amount of movement. no more tension on my mouthpiece as i look around. they flex so good i was able to go with a shorter hose and still have great range of movement. they are very light and have a greater pressure capability as well. the extra expense should pay for itself since these are supposed to far outlast traditional hoses.
SEAN K Sea quest/ aqualung/ Scubapro usually use a proprietary hose fitting, not the standard fitting used by most other manufacturers.

Unless you have some weird connectors it should fit. It hooked up the the wife's aqualung lotus perfectly. I have had no problems with mine, and I think they make a world of difference for streamlining your equipment.
DANIEL F I don't think I can be much help here, but if those Aqualung BCDs only take a special QD adapter it might not work.
I have two of these and have used them non a Sherwood avid and have used it on zeagles, mares, and three different dry suits.
Shopper Can these be used for drysuit inflation?
SCOTT M I don't use a dry suit but if a regular inflator hose will fit on a dry suit inflator fitting then the answer would be yes.
I always use "hose helmets" on my BC inflator hoses to make them easier to grasp ion case of a run-away. With Miflex hoses I have to soak them in hot water and apply a lot of "elbow grease" to get them on. It was my understanding that most dry suit inflation hoses have little wings built into them for the same purpose.

JOE W They work great for standard connections ! There are some suits they do not work on like Poseidon that has a brand specific hose . So I would check first. This hose works great on my Andy's dry suit and is easy to disconnect with 5 mill. gloves.
JAMES R Yes it can - generally drysuit inflation connections are the same as regular BC connections.
ED W As long as the dry suit has the same quick-discconect inflator stem as almost all BCDs do, then yes, this would be a great hose for a dry suit inflator as well! - Ed.

SEAN K It should fit, I believe Mares has a generic QD fitting. I know that ScubaPro and SeaQuest (Aqualung) have proprietery fittings. Just remember that this is a thin hose, and it flexes alot more than rubber hoses.

Personally, I don't think its worth the extra expense for a BC hose, just stick with the regular ones.
I will say, these hoses are great for regs and for the high pressure hose to your SPG.

WAYNE Y If the inflator is a standard size, then yes it will fit. These hoses are great compared to the stiff black rubber ones. You may want to measure for length to get a more custom fit.

GREGORY M Sorry, I don't know the answer to this exact question. I do know that it does not work with the conner=ctor on my airsource (but does with my inflator on my QDPro. I have not been able to find an adapter for the airsource which is frustrating because that's my travel rig and the reason I bought the myflex hoses in the first place.

WILLIAM L I'm not sure about the Mares BC but if it has a standard quick connect fitting it should work. I think the Miflex hoses are great. They are lighter, stronger, and pack smaller in your gear bag.
RICHARD C I currently use this hose on a SeaQuest Pro QD BCD, an Oceanic Tropical BC, and a Zeagle Ranger BC. As far as I know, it will fit on any standard Quick Disconnect BC. It will not fit, without an adapter, on any BC that has a regulator on the inflator (ie. Atomic SS1).
If Mares has a standard inflator fitting, this hose will work fine.

RALPH M This item is for connecting to an indaflator. Not a regulator. You will need to measure your indaflator hose to get the proper length but it will connect to any indaflater.
TED K I have this on a Seaquest Diva so it should fit your USD Calypso on the connection. Not sure about the length for you, but was perfect for me. Love the hose!

RON G I did a Google search on this BC and didn't find out much, it appears to be vintage design. If a standard BC inflate hose will fit the connection, the Miflex should too. I can only suggest trying the hose from a modern BC to see if it works before purchasing.
