Shopper do they leak? good for racing? can i switch to bungie coords with it? and are they good quality?
JOHNNY J They do not leak, I assume they are good for racing, but I'm not a competitive swimmer.
Don't know if you can switch to bungie cords, but they do come with two types of straps. Them seem to be good quality, just not for me. I should have read the description better.
JOHN C I find that these swim blade goggles are excellent, good for racing, although my wife and I only compete againsst each other, but the goggles where fine. The quality is excellent and compare very favorably with goggles costing many times more. I have not used bungee cords so I can not answer that question. We swim in salt water in the Sea of Cortez almost daily and have had no problems what-so-ever with them. My own personal opinion is that they are excellent. - John, B.C.S. Mexico
LINDA K Was very pleased with the quality of the goggles. They haven't leaked and are very comfortable. Just use them for recreational swimming so can't speak to the racing issue, otherwise very pleased with purchase.
MICHAEL B These were great for racing! The first time I wore them they were tight between my eyes but they never hurt while I was actually swimming. They rarely leak (only if you have a bad dive) and they only begin to fog up during long races. I used a bungee cord at first but later switched to a TYR Socket Rocket strap but these work great with a bungee. They are also great quality! I would definitely recomend these goggles!
KEVIN F I have had great success with these goggles. They do not leak. I haven't had them fog up on me (I do use 500PSI no fog on them though). I would say yes, they are good quality but I'm just a recreational swimmer so I haven't had much experience with different brands. I do have some Nike and Speedo goggles and they both leak and fog consistently so if that helps you. As far as racing or bungie cords I have no idea.
Overall, for $5 they have been exceptional goggles and I would recommend them.

You won't want to use a bungie cord with these goggles.....drag and will not look good......the plastic straps are thick and I never have had a problem.
I have worn these goggles for 6 years!
