What other accessories are needed for this device to work fully?

Nothing is needed for using the computer out of the box. If you would like to download your dives to you computer, you will need to get the download kit with the USB cable and software.

what is the difference between Galileo Terra and the Galileo Sol?

The Terra is not air integrated, but the Sol has a first stage transmitter and can measure tank pressure. Here is the link to the Sol with more information and pricing.

Will this item work with a wireless transmitter?

The Galileo Terra is not air integrated. You would still need a traditional PSI gauge. If you are interested, check out the Galileo Sol which is air integrated.

Does the Galileo Terra have the same multi-gasfunctions as the Sol?

The multi gas function, which is standard on the Sol, is an optional upgrade on the Terra. Here is a comparison chart detailing some other minor differences.
