ALLEN S Have you tried the Uwatec website? I know they have other instruction manuals on line there for download.

Shopper Does the Aladin Prime do metric and imperial units? Can you choose which units you'd like to use on each dive?

LeisurePro S Yes, imperial or metric units are chosen by the diver and can be changed at any time.

Shopper Does this work for air as well?

LeisurePro S Yes, can handle regualr air as well.

Shopper Will the lens protector for this "prime" fit the Aladin One?

LeisurePro S Sorry, this gauge protector won't fit the Aladin One.

Shopper does this computer have the ability to go into gague mode? and does it show tank pressure? also does it come with the receiver that you install on the first stage? thanks.

LeisurePro S This computer will show depth but not tank pressure. It doesn't come with a transmitter (the part that you install in the first stage) and isn't programmed to function with one. Product number AERELC is just one example of a computer w/ transmitter that will be able to read tank pressure.

LeisurePro S Yes, It is downloadable to your pc but will require a IR connection on the PC. You can buy this one SKU# UTCSMID

TO THOSE LOOKING FOR EFFICIENCY...

After having working in a dive center for years I have noticed that this computer does it all economically and effectively. Seeing hundreds of this computer being used for rental as well as customers purchasing their own models, I have not seen a simpler computer that gets better results from its users. It has an easy display to read, and it is easy to adjust the settings (PROVIDED YOU READ THE MANUAL).
Has computer upload capability
Nitrox compatible
Perfect for those who do the recreational diving

I want my computer to show me a five minute countdown when I do my safety stops and I want it on the home page. BIG problem w/this computer.
Also, the owner's manual is VERY complicated. Not good.
