A light for all occasions. LED's are superior for producing truer color and saving batteries. C4 is good for night or low visibility diving and Q40 is good for a backup or for looking in cracks and under ledges when you don't need to haul around the C4. The other two are good for the gear bag and key ring.

Wonderful package deal! The C4 eLed and the Q40 make a great primary and backup light system for almost any diver. These lights have been used on numerous fresh and salt-water dives without any problems whatsoever. The pen-lite is great for keeping in your logbook for logging dives on the boat trip home or for shore diving. The smallest light provided isn't hardly worth the effort, kept in a bc pocket attached to a dry box and it flooded ruining the eletronics after about two dives. Overall this is the best value for beginning and advanced divers alike!

The LED bulbs are quite bright and last forever as well as extending battery life. The switch on the C4 is easy to manipulate even with heavy gloves, the Q40 is activated by twisting the lense housing. Together, you will not need another light unless you intend to do any serious internal wreck diving or cave diving!

Also not specified is the C4 has a two way switch (high and low). The Q40 light is exceptionally bright. Better buy this pack before the price goes up. [...]

The lights in this kit have a nice tight beam and illuminate underwater features well.
