I am an advanced diver and the 5mm suit was perfect for 4 dives a day in 75 degree water. Sometimes I was slightly chilled at the beginning of the dive, but once the water warmed between me and the suit, I was comfortable for the rest of the dive. The suit was super easy to put on and take off, but the only problem I had was trying to zip it myself. The zipper tended to catch on the back lining, but this problem was easily resolved by having someone else zip it for me. The suit was super flexible while diving. When following the sizing chart, ignore the weight description and focus more on the sizing for chest, waist, hips, and height. I went a size smaller than what was listed and the suit fit perfectly with extra room for growth.

I'm 5'4" and 125 and it fits good still has alittle room if I was taller or weighed more. Easy to put on comfortable to wear I get cold easily.
