Shopper I'm trying to decide what to get. Why did you pick this one?
JOSE M I like the brand and the features offered in this fins. I tried them first time in my recent diving trip to Cozumel at the end of September, 2011. As promised, excellent performance. I love them.

SCOTT P I bought the split fin because I prefer the way the split fin performs. I grew up as a competitive swimmer so when I dive I am usually doing a butterfly kick, but that's just me. I think it requires more force than a solid blade fin to propel forward, but I prefer the split blade when I'm moving slowly/exploring or hovering. I would definitely recommend investing in a set of heel strap springs. The buckle straps they came with are great but almost too secure once I tightened them up. The buckles were very difficult to loosen after the dive. I'm in reasonably good shape and I struggled for several minutes to get them loose. It was just as hard up on the boat.

GLASCOCK B I bought them after trying them out. Our local scuba instructor had them and I tried them in the pool. I couldn't hardly tell I had fins on because they don't require alot of leg power compared to the Dacor stiff fins I had been using. The thrust was very good with little effort. I went diving in Cozumel this summer and was worried that the split fins would not work well in the current. After the first dive I realized I need to worry no longer. They work great!! I did upgrade to the spring straps which make then so much easier to get on and off.
DAVID M The split fin was recommended by my dive instructor. It provides great propulsion with little effort or energy. Helps to keep your legs from getting tired during long dives. I would strongly recommend these fins they have worked out great and exceeded my expectations.
