The Vyper 2 dive computer will soon become your favorite dive buddy as you explore its many features and assets. One of the Vyper 2's top bragging rights is its electronic compass that includes the ability to recognize and account for tilt. No longer do you need to worry about your compass being perfectly level in order to get an accurate reading.

In addition to the electronic compass, the Vyper 2 offers dive planning/profiling, which allows you to plot out your dives without getting a single drop of water on your dive gear. Pre-planning dives leads to safer and more enjoyable dives.

To the developers at Suunto, diver safety is paramount. That is why they developed the Reduced Gradient Bubble Model (RGBM), which predicts how gasses will be absorbed into the diver's body based on the progress of the dive. By tracking and predicting this absorption rate, the Vyper 2 can stay on top of decompression requirements, as well as repetitive dive calculations and rapid ascent situations.

Right out of the box, the Vyper 2 can log and store 80 hours of dive time. With a little adjusting, it can store up to 240 hours of logs. Just think of how many dives you can carry around on your wrist with this computer!
