ELLEEN Y The small should fit you. I am 5'10", 195 lbs and the large was too large. I should have gotten a medium. However, I was able to adjust the straps internally at the shoulders and adjust the waist band around the back. If you have a dive shop you may want to take it to them if you have a problem adjusting. It fits fairly well now. The weight pockets came with my BCD. Caution: I am a divemaster with many dives; so I was able to determine there was a problem on my first dive with the Pearl. The air valve (at the shoulder connection) on the power inflator was not properly connected/tightened. Therefore, the BCD would not hold air for long and I continually had to inflate it to maintain neutral bouyancy. My dive shop fixed it and it works fine now. Secondly, anumber of dives later,the shop told me there was a problem with some of the weight pockets holding at the catch in the BCD pocket holder. They also fixed that although I had had no problems. Bottom line - This is my 3rd BCD bought through Leisure Pro (LP)and the 1st that has needed adjustments. The price is significantly less than buying it in most dive shops. If you are comfortable with purchasing through LP, do so, but have it checked out at your dive shop for weight pocket security and power inflator connection.

MARGARET C This BCD is a great fit for me. I bought a M/L to fit my 5'7" 150 lb frame. The integrated weight system which is included in the price accommodates hard and soft weights very easily.

KATRINA A I am 5.5 and 155lbs - the medium fits me great so I am guessing the small will fit you. I absolutely love my BC and have had no problems. Can't help you with the cost of weight pockets.

KARA S It does have two small weight pockets on either side of the tank attachment. It does not have a lifting handle, however, which has been bothersome with use. Otherwise I do like it, fits so well.

JAMES A I believe it does, however with the tank on the back and the fact that it is not a back inflate my wife has never had to utilize them. She absolutely loves this BC, tried the Sherwood version but she claimed it just was not as comfortable. She's been diving since 1978 and was just thrilled that someone had finally realized that men and women are not built the same. I don't believe any woman would be displeased with this product.
