Cap provides comfort and stability during competition. There are four colors to choose from; white, black navy and sapphire. If you want a cap that does not "creep" up during long practice sessions, like other silicone caps that you have to pull them back down every 20 minutes or so. Not with this one! Put it on and it stays there. Another thing you will like is that when coming off the wall you do not feel the cap "flutter" like you do with a normal silicone or latex. Totally smooth and you forget you have it on.
