This is a good weight, I recommend to use if you are using 2 strobes, I did not need it using one strobe. You have to screw it on to the bottom plate under the camera strobe plate. Make sure you purchase the longer screw and knob, depending on if you are using 1 or 2 strobes. There are 3 lengths available.

Don't waste your cash on this weight. Buy some fishing weights instead and attach them to the strap or screw them onto the bottom of the camera. Also, this weight will not fit in the digital strobe, so if you use this you will still have to rig up more weight to make the set-up neutral.
