Shopper Does this bag have a shoulder strap? Or can the strap shown in the picture be modified with the bag as a shoulder strap?
GAYLE V No shoulder strap. The two handles can be used as a shoulder strap if the bag is only half full. The handle set up and the poor quality zipper (I had mine replaced with a larger zipper) are the downside of this otherwise very useful bag.
SUSAN Z The bag does not have a shoulder strap. The existing straps are fixed in place without buckles, etc, so I do not think the could easily be modified for a shoulder strap.
WAYNE W It has been so long since I used it, I cannot remember if it has shoulder straps or not. I dont think it does. Its a real nice bag. I'm sure you could convert the straps on it to shoulder though. Probably a trip to the shoe repair would do the trick. It is a very nice bag. Holds a lot of stuff ! Hope this helps- W
JANET B I have an old one (I bought this for someone else) and if this is the same, it has two webbing loops on the back side where the handle attaches to the tote. I put a large split ring through each loop so I could clip items on the outside (e.g. sunglass case). You could do the same thing except clip a shoulder strap to the rings.

CHERYL C This bag does not have a shoulder strap. You could probably add one - attaching it on either side and either end.
Love the bag. Works well on a dive boat for 2 of us. Holds couple of light jackets, tshirts, etc. we've had it all over the world.
KATHERINE S Unfortunately it does not. I really wish it did. I have the bag and it can be awkward to carry.
