In addition to its forward fashion sense, the Spectra offers a semi-dry design to keep water from flooding into the barrel each time a wave crashes over your head. If water does sneak in, the purge valve makes clearing the water a breeze.
The ergonomic mouthpiece means you will remain comfortable and will avoid the all-too-common sensation of jaw fatigue and discomfort due to a poorly-designed mouthpiece. When at depth and not using the snorkel, the corrugated and flexibleportion of the snorkel keeps the mouthpiece out of your way, but never missing.
