Shopper How well does it preform in cold water?
PETER P Most of my diving is done in the northeast. Water temp vary from early spring until very late in the fall from about 50 F to a hig of almost 70 F. In the time I've used it, it has performed flawlessly. Breathes well. Minimum maintainence.

ROLLIN E Don't really know, currently live in New Mexico and just use this as my "swimming pool" regulator. I've used similar regs in Lake Superior where the water temperature was less than 40 F with no problem. What can mess up a reg is cold air between dives, where the first stage can freeze. If you are going to be doing that sort of diving there are special regs (I haven't looked at these for years, but if memory serves that all had Nordic names). If you are diving in cold water and the air temperature is above freezing between dives this should be fine.
JOSEPH F We used it in 60+ feet of water off the coast of Southern California in February and it performed well.
KEN C I have never used it in cold water.
DENISE F We have only used it in warm water. Sorry, I do not know.
Chris R I have used it in Lake Erie at 80 feet where water temp was below 50F with no problems
It is a high quality piece of equipment and I would highly recommend it
ERIC L Sorry... I live in Florida and only dive warm water.
ROBERT M Only used it in warm water where it does really well
