Shopper How long are the fins in small I want to make sure they will fit in my dive bag?

MICHAEL S I'm not sure of the length of the small size. If the dimensions are not on the manufactures web site you could write them an email. I do like them though

DAVID L My fins are about the same size as my Mares. Unless you have a very small dive bag they will fit...any standard size dive bag no problem. BTW, I have the titanium ones which are slightly bouyant. As a spearfisher who spends 80% time "upside" down in the water, the work great. I have no issues swimming straight and level as well :-) Sea ya...Cap'n Dave

RICKIE T Sorry but the fins are packed away in a storage building not to see daylight until summer. They are about average size SCUBA fins.

Tom M I wear an 8 1/2 shoe and a 9 /12 boot. Do you suggest medium or large?

CRAIG M I wear a size 13 shoe and 13 boot. I got the X-Large and there is plenty of room. I believe I could use a large with no problem, so you might want to go for a medium.

JOHN Y While the fins function just fine for me, I do wish that I would have purchased a size smaller than I did. If you have any doubts about the size, I would sugest that you order the smaller size. These are great fins though they do weigh a little more than I would like. They are totally bouyant in the water so it is only an issue for travel. Hope this helps.

STEVEN G I wear a 9 shoe and a 10 boot. I bought the large and I don't have any trouble. I also have a pair of the original jet fins and they are my favorite. My wife wears an 8 1/2 womens and she has the medium. I have tried to dive with them but I work my butt off trying to get somewhere(more strokes for the same distance). Excellent fins btw. Hope this helps.

ROSS L Tom: I suggest you go with the large size, and also spend the extra money to replace the standard straps with the spring-type straps. They are much easier to use, and if the large fin is a little too big, the spring straps will hold your heel much more securely than standard straps. Good luck, Ross

PAUL R This is not an easy question, since it also depends on the width of your foot. This is what I would do: 1. Visit the store in NYC if you can and try it, or 2. Purchase the large size since you can adjust the back of the fins and make them tighter. BW Paul PADI Rescue Diver

GARY T It would be a large. It would be best to go to a store and try one on. One issue with this fins you may not be aware of is that these fins are negatively bouant.

GARY T My mistake positive is right. On size the best thing is to try and see. Also depends on what kind of boot you are wearing.

I ended up contacting my customer service rep directly and he recommends medium, although it is a close call and I think either size will work. DAVID P tough to answer but I have a set of these in large and they fit a little big so I suggest you go with the smaller size unless you have thick booties. My shoe size is 10 1/2 and very wide.

Shopper Do the Twin Jet Max fins come with the bunge/spring straps?

LeisurePro S Spring straps not included. They can be found here.

Shopper What is the difference between the Scubapro twin jet and twin jet max fins?

LeisurePro S The Twin Jets are made from all rubber, while the Twin Jet Max fins use two materials (rubber with hard plastic inserts in the blade). The Twin Jet Max fins are longer and stiffer than the Twin Jet, which produce stronger more powerful kicks.

Shopper What is the weight of these fins please?

LeisurePro S These fins weight approx. 3 kg per pair.

LeisurePro S Approx. dimensions: Length = 66cm and width = 24cm

Shopper Just ordered the Blue Reef boot, size 8--what size twin Jet Max fin do I need?

LeisurePro S I would recommend a medium fin.

Shopper I have never had open heel fins before. How they should fit?

LeisurePro S The back of the fin should fall between the back of the heel and the arch of the foot. A little overhang is nothing to worry about. Your foot should fit comfortably in the pocket, but shouldn't have a lot of room to wiggle around. When you put on the fin, it should feel like an extension of your foot. Shake your foot around and if the fin doesn't shift, you're good to go!

Shopper Do you carry replacement straps and buckles for these fins?

LeisurePro S Yes, you can find extra buckles and straps here.

Shopper Which size should I buy because i own Bare Trek Boots (Size 10)?. Are "Large (9-12)" fins the correct ones to fit properly?

LeisurePro S Yes, a large should work out well.

Shopper Can you tell me a little about the color of these fins. I am interested in the yellow fins. Are these fins black and yellow like the new generation or are they a solid yellowfin? Thanks

Great pair of fins but...

I get great kick from these fins. It's almost an effortless stride. They're made from a stiffer material than my ScubaPro Jets. However, they are positively buoyant, which is good, I guess, if you drop one in the water from the boat or one comes off your foot. But at depth, I found these fins were actually floaty to the point of being a hinderance. So I usually wear ankle weights with mine. But that is the only reason for the 2-dive flag rating. Otherwise, it's a great fin design.
