Questions about this item:
Shopper I wear a size 10 in men's what size I need?
PREDRAG S You will need size11-12. I wear size 10 or 10.5 in shoes and that was the size that fit me.
JAMES B I am about the same size and I use the the 11-12.I would recommend buying a pair of dive socks, when you get sand inside them it rubs blisters on your feet.
RICHARD P They seem to run on the small side, a very snug fit
JOHN P These are excellent fins, I wear a size 15W and ordered the largest available size, they actually fit!....I ordered for my wife and kids too, and when slightly large they just wore a sock.
Hope this helps, I have been using full foot fins for 40yrs...and these are as comfortable and yet powerful as any I've ever had.
Fran R I would also like to know the weight of these fins. Also are they Women's or Men's fins. I wear a size 8 womens, which size should I pick?
SHERMAN C Fran,
The twin jet max full foot fins are a bit heavy, 4lbs for the pair, they are pretty true to mens sizes.
I would recommend the Oceanic Viper full foot fins which are lighter 2.6lbs for the pair, usually a little cheaper, more comfortable to me, and seem much better in currents. I have both and like the vipers much better.
Fran R Thanks for the speedy reply Sherman - I currently have the Aeris Full foot fin, much like the Oceanic Viper. I'm thinking that the "split fin" technology would aide me in HEAVY CURRENT situations. Wheras my Aeris, although lightweight, did not hold up the the power I needed in a deep dive with heavy currents. Do you think I giving up power by getting a lightweight fin??? Please keep in mind that I'm a petite 53 year old female with somewhat strong legs. :-) What would be you best suggestion??
SHERMAN C Hi Fran,
My best suggestion is easier diving! Ha Ha.
Fran, as an Instructor, I have the opportunity to try many fins. I have found split fins are comfortable all around fins however they are not good in currents, notice what the boat staff is wearing when you do current dives, usually not split fins. Split fins require a soft kick, if you kick them strong such as currents require, or just a strong kicker like us they split and break over going nowhere. As far as giving up weight for power, heavier fins don't really mean more power just heavier material such as rubber, design is more important, and remember that weight goes in your suitcase. Full foot fins tend to be smaller and softer because they are popular with snorkelers which are not wearing all the extra gear, however some are still good for Scuba, Strap fins are larger and stiffer for the extra gear. As far as the Aeris full foot fins, I have never tried them but they look like more of a snorkel style fin then a Scuba fin, the Viper full foot has side supports for stiffness making them more of a scuba fin that snorkelers like to. I own Twin jet max and twin jets both in full foot and strap style, I was talked into every pair, I have put them all away because of currents. I am 5ft 8in tall 190lbs and last year I started wearing the full foot vipers for Scuba and was so impressed I have been wearing them ever since, My wife tried them and she is now sold on them as well. We do all kinds of diving including currents and have never felt the need for another fin. I have a pair of Viper strap style fins for the cold water quarry which I wear with booties and love them too, they are a little larger and stiffer but for warm water I prefer the full foots.
Hope this helps
Sherman
Ed I What is the weight in lbs of these fins?
COLLEEN L I'm not sure as they were not what I thought they would be so I hope to send them back.
Shopper I wear mares full foot 38-39 (european size), what size of this Scubapro Twin Jet Max fins should I pick?
WAYNE S I am not familiar with European sizes. I wear a U.S. size 12 shoe but found the 13-14 size to be necessary for comfort with the ScubaPro fins. Love the fins, very natural feeling movement and no cramping.
JAMES B The medium should work.Great fins.
James
RANDALL K 38-39 euro converts to size 8 us.
I would go with size 7-8
JOHN B One question is whether you are a man or woman but, either way, I wear a 13-14 American and would say that the fins run narrow, so larger would be better. I think you would be in the 7-8 range.
STEVE R I wear a size 14 shoe. These fins are tight but work
Shopper I wear 11 1/2 is the 11-12 what I want?
LeisurePro S Yes, I would recommend the 11-12.

Whats in the box:Pair of Scuba Pro Twin Jet Max Full Foot Split Fins There are three Primary Variables to Consider when Selecting a Fin: Power, Efficiency and Fit. The more Water a Fin Moves, the Greater it's Kicking Power. Furthermore, Fins that Transfer a Greater Percentage of a Diver's Kicking Effort into Forward Motion are Considered to be more Efficient. TWIN JET MAX FINS do just that! Hydrofoils are Boats that are Incredibly-Light and offer a Great Deal of Lift. The Twin Jet Max Fins are designed to Replicate the Same-Action and Lack of Drag. The Split Fin design Reduces-the-Amount of Resistance Felt on your Joints, which is a Big-Perk for Divers who have Knee and Hip Problems. The Split also means you'll use Less Force-to-Propel yourself though the Water. To make it even Easier to Move through the Water, Scuba Pro's Engineers Added Vents between the Full Foot Pocket and the Blade to help the Water Move-Around the Fins with each Kick Cycle drag will be a thing of the past once you put on these fins and hit the water. Fins are manufactured from a Bi-Material Blade for the Ideal Blending of Flex and Performance. The Fins have Semi-Ridged Side Rails for Blade Stability throughout the Kick Cycle. The Twin Jet Max Full Foot Fins are available in size US 5-6 (EUR 37-38) comes Blue Red or Grey colors and is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
