The fins have tons of thrust if you need it or just cruise around at a decent speed with very little effort. It is easy to forget you have fins on when wearing these. These fins are great. They are a perfect fit with boots. Due to the soft rubber compound and nifty venting I can kick all day long without any appreciable fatigue.

I used these fins for fast current river diving also in ocean the main problem the ribs that run down the fin make it to stiff the fins aren't flexible also much longer than similar style fins not good for long-distance would recommend turtles or oms more flexible same style currently diving similar style fins but with more give my dive buddy also used these fins and did not like them was surprised by good reviews I hope this helps

These fins are reliable, durable, and comfortable with any dive boot. You can literally swim for miles and miles in comfort while not having to worry about your fins when you have alot more important things to think about while under water. If these fins will stand up to SEAL training and any maritime operation it is safe to say they will work for whatever reason you are in the water for. These made a great gift for my friend who just started diving. He loves them!
