I have to return these as they are too big, but the boot seems well made. I am a woman normally wearing a size 8, and ordered a size 6 (men's sizes) as advised. There is about an inch or more above my big toe while pushing my heel flat against the back. Boots should fit pretty snug so I'm considering going down two more sizes to a 4! A 5 could still be too big. I might even have my husband, a size 10, try these on tonight to see if he wants to keep them.

The soles are tough looking, sneaker-like with adequate tread. Could walk around the beach and even the town with these while on our trip. Stitching seems good. Back heel material has a waffle texture, presumably for more rugged wear against my fin straps? Thankfully, the material extends upward at the back of the ankle. I recently blistered the backs of my ankles in the area under my wetsuit leg. My fin straps worked it's way into that area and rubbed the skin right off. These boots seem to protect that very spot. Maybe this is standard (I haven't experienced a lot of different gear yet) but I like it.

Just be weary of the sizing. At least three sizes down, maybe four.

I wanted a lighter weight boot than my typical 5mm Oceanics for a Cozumel dive trip. Though initially comfortable, after 3 days and about 15 dives, the sewn seam was on the inside of the boot was rubbing. They are OK for limited use, but dive after dive - not good.

Call it a shoe, not a slipper

Comments about Tusa Imprex 3MM Dive Slipper:

I really like this 'slipper' because it has a thick sneaker-like sole which is great for walking on rocky or rough terrain. I typically wear mine instead of shoes/sandals to the boat or entry point, which reduces the gear I have to carry or allows me to keep a clean pair sandals in my bag. Bought a pair for my father-in-law, for exactly that reason and he enjoys them as well.

Comments about Tusa Imprex 3MM Dive Slipper:

I really was looking forward to these slippers arriving. I was really disappointed when they didn't fit properly. I wear a mens size 13 medium width. I ordered a 12 in these based on the reviews. The length was perfect but they are too narrow for my foot and the ankle opening is too big. Whey I tried to walk in them my heel would almost slip right out of the slipper. I have an older pair of Tusa dive boots that fit fine. Too bad these didn't work out. They seem to be very durable and made well.

Bought these for my husband as a back up pair. He already owns them but wanted another pair. I use them too. Great for walking on rocks, etc. Good all around boots. Plenty warm.

What can you say about boots.. Although the back could be a little higher to accommodate fin straps a little better.

Worked great with my new Oceanic V16 fins. The heel design helped hold the fin straps in place and prevent rubbing. Kept my feet warm diving in Bonaire.
