This is one of the lightest knifes i have seen...and easiest to remove from sheath in any position.extremely well built, well worth the money compared to more expensive models. A cutter only though, not meant for digging seriously

I use this product while spear fishing for striped bass. More often than not, you have to dispatch the fish after spearing it by cutting the gullet flap. This knife comes a little dull out of the box. But, once you sharpen it, it's just fine and well suited for the task at hand. This knife is light weight, compact, yet big enough to get the job done.

Great knife, well designed, easy to take apart and clean. Quik lok system on sheathe comforts me in the fact I won't lose it. I haven't had it long enough to see any cons. So far it's a beauty.

Great knife. Grip feels great in the hands.

Best part is the easy to release buckle.

My friuend has a Mares knife which he has struggled with and after seeing me put on and off the knife with such ease will buy one of these!
