DESCRIPTION

Whats in the box:Pair of Fins

The SF-6 Imprex Tri-Ex provides more Speed and Power than Traditional Fins by combining Three Materials to create a Fin Blade with the Optimum amount of Flex and Stiffness. The fin is manufactured using Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), Monoprene and Proprietary Elastomer Compound to produce a Superior Designed Fin. The Imprex Tri-Ex has a Generous Foot Pocket for Maximum Comfort and Power Transfer from the Diver to the Blade. The unique combination of Advanced Engineering creates a Fin with good Low-End Torque, as well as the Power needed for Currents and other forms of Advanced Diving.

TUSA's EZ Strap and Buckle System allows Fins to be Quickly-and-Easily Adjusted with Minimal Effort. Adjustment can be made while the Fins are Worn, allowing for a Precise Fit and Ease of Removal when necessary. The EZ Strap and Buckles utilize the Squeeze" Style Quick-Release Buckle Mechanisms. The patented Hybrid Blade System offers Unparalleled Propulsion, Efficiency and Power Transfer in a Multi-Compound Design. The H.B.S. is Composed of Incredibly Stiff Side Rails and an Ultra-Responsive Membrane Blade giving Unlimited Kicking Potential. A Standard Flat Fin Inhibits Propulsion Solely by Fault of its Design. An Angle between the Heel of the Foot and the Calf of the Leg remains when the Leg is extended to kick. This Angle causes approximately 10% of the Propulsion to be Lost. The 20? Angled Blade Design of the Imprex Tri-Ex Fin accommodates for this Anatomical Characteristic and Ensures Maximum Efficiency throughout the Kicking Cycle.

The Imprex Tri-Ex Fin is available in 5 sizes from X-Small to X-Large. The Fin Blade length varies with the size as follows: X-Small 23.25", Small 24.25", Medium 25.25", Large 26.25" and X-Large 26.5" (59.1, 61.6, 64.1, 66.7 and 67.3 cm). Fins come in 6 color choices according to size: X-Small in Pink, Small in Black, Flash Yellow, Pink, Red or Cobalt Blue, Medium & Large in Black, Cobalt Blue or Flash Yellow and Large also in Red and X-Large in Black or Cobalt Blue. Fins are covered by a 36 month limited warranty.

DIVE PINK & FIGHT BREST CANCER! For every Pink Fin sold $25 will be donated to fight breast cancer.

Don't waste your money on split fins. These are every bit as comfortable and powerful. I actually went to a local dealer and tried some [$]split fins out in their pool for about 15 minutes. I decided I didn't want to spend [$]on fins. Found these [$] and checked Tusa's website and Rodales Reviews. You know what, the performance difference was minimal in Tusa's robotic test vs. split fins. Definitely not $100 worth of performance difference. These fins are every bit as comfortable and powerful as the Atomic's I demo'd in the pool. These don't hurt my feet, I have never had a cramp in my leg and you don't need to do the big scissor kick to get moving fast. I even outswam my dive buddy while carrying my anchor on the bottom to reposition it before our ascent.

Comments about Tusa Imprex Tri-Ex Open Heel Fins:

These are my first fins, so I had to make use of the Live Chat feature to be advised by an experienced diver and someone who knew the products. Make sure you get the right size for your feet, the pocket is roomy. Easy on and off. Easy adjustment while in water. Option to use quick release or pull straps to loosen(leaves strap to loop over arm.

First time user and very happy. Easy to manipulate the straps, get on and take off. Plenty of power and still flexible enough to not kill your legs. Look good too if your into that sort of thing!

Comments about Tusa Imprex Tri-Ex Open Heel Fins:

I have used these Tusa Tri-ex fins for years. My last ones split at the ends, but lasted a long time. I dive and snorkel in very rugged conditions. Lots of current and rocky bottoms. Split fins are no good in current. These fins have lot's of power in current. I wear all stars instead of booties, and this medium pair feel a bit big. I wear 10 1/2" shoes. I have to tighten strap down all the way, but should fit perfect with booties. Fins are light weight if you have week ankles like myself. Sraps last a long time also.

Comments about Tusa Imprex Tri-Ex Open Heel Fins:

Great fins for warm water diving.I took these fins to Cozumel for 2 weeks and am very happy with them. My only complaint, and its a small one is I would like a bigger blade. I bought size medium to fit my size 11 foot. The foot-pocket fit perfect with a thick-soled boot. They still got me around fine and the quick-release buckles work great.

Comments about Tusa Imprex Tri-Ex Open Heel Fins:

I just got back from Cozumel and used these fins for the first time... like the title suggestes they are alright fins. I personally found them a bit heavy underwater and offer minimal power. a pro to these fins is the sturdy design and great buckles that come with the fins, also they were very easy to slide on and off during the boat dives. All and all i am in the market again for some new fins.
