Professional or enthusiast, if cold-water diving's your thing, Blizzard is your regulator. Sherwood's Blizzard is the first regulator specifically designed for these extreme conditions and the top choice of cold-water divers worldwide.

The Blizzard is the first regulator created specifically for cold water diving, Plated and heat sink retain the warmth of your exhaled breath to help prevent freeze-up or 2nd stage free-flow. Sealed first stage prevents water from entering practically eliminating the possibility of a freeze up. Regulator operates smoothly regardless of the temperature.

FIRST STAGE

Plated fins and heat sink retain the warmth of your exhaled breath to prevent freeze-up or second-stage free flow. The sealed first stage keeps water from entering, virtually eliminating the chance of freeze-up. Two, primary-flow ports boost outlet pressure to the second stage for easier breathing.

SECOND STAGE
Sherwood's exclusive baffled-and-extended exhaust tee reduces bubble size and moves them out of your line of vision - also reduces regulator bounce and jaw fatigue A Wisdom mouthpiece comfortably eases the bite needed to hold the regulator, further reducing jaw fatigue This regulator works smoothly, no matter how cold it gets.

      Bought this reg 2 months ago and have used it 5.5 hours so far to a max of 100 ft in 54 degree water with both air and Nitrox. Easy breathing and comfortable. Bought it specifically based on its cold weater reputation and am looking forward to using it with confidence in colder water as the season progresses.

        I dont have to tell you Sherwood makes quality gear, and the blizzard is no exception. Originally purchased for cold water diving but works just as well in warm water. I like the fact that it creates moisture too. I would recommend the seacure mouthpiece for any reg, makes a huge difference.

            I have used this reg in conditions ranging from 37 deg water in a Pennsylvania winter to 83 deg water in Grand Cayman. I saw no difference at all. I know i will buy another when the time comes.

              Dove with it right out of the bag [...] from LeisurePro who assembled and tested it before shipping. Rock solid reg as I did 14 dives with it in warm water with no issues whatsoever. Very versatile for cold water as advertised and performed quite well. Bit of a heavy breather but solid and confident with it.
