    I suggest ordering one size larger than the one listed for shoe sizes. It does loosen up a little with use but not much.

    I wear Sketchers size 14 shoes, 13 in most other makes, and size 46 (European) Vibram 5 Finger shoes; 47s are way too big. Of course, I ordered the "12-13" training fins, and when the box arrived, I was pleased to see a sticker with 46. Well, this product kind of hurts my toes. I can't get anything larger so I suppose I'm stuck. Way to go Speedo...

    Despite the small size, they do a great job working out my legs.
