      Comments about Roll Control Roll-Control Carry Handle (TA-83):

      I was lead to believe it was a full functioning product as seen in the picture but only handles came. The brackets one has to buy separately. Now the whole solution is like $40. Not the price I would pay if I knew beforehand.
