DESCRIPTION

Whats in the box:Halogen Flashlight, Wrist Lanyard and 4 AA Cell Alkaline Batteries

This compact halogen unit provides the highest power-to-weight ratio of any light in its class. The non-slip rubber grip ensures you'll be able to securely hold the light, even if you're diving at 330' (100 meters). The twist-activated switch prevents accidental turn-on/off. The halogen bulb provides a warmer light underwater. This light is great for backup, or as a primary daytime light, as the warm light is phenomenal for restoring lost colors on the reef. With a classic dive light look and feel you'll find this to be one handy light.

The Halogen Lamp produces 28 Lumens of Brightness powered by 4 AA Alkaline Batteries (included). Light has a 5 Hour Burn Time with a Focused Narrow Beam. The Tec-40 weighs 6.38 oz (181 g) with batteries, comes with an Adjustable Wrist Lanyard, is Depth Rated to 330' (100 meters) and comes in 5 color choices.

These lights are a great deal for what you get. My husband and I have been diving for almost 20 years and this sure beats the big, heavy, bulky lights that would use to need to get the brightness required. I would recommend this product without hesitation.

Used this light for the first time last week. Fresh out of the packaging. Worked fine until flooding @ 65'. Once dive completed, fresh water rinse and moisture guard spray did not halt the corrosion. Although lights of this size are great backups, reliability should be a key criteria in selecting which type to get.

Comments about Princeton Tec, Tec-40 Flashlight:

This flashlight worked well but has a weak light. Didn't know what to expect but it worked the whole night (3 dives) and then some. The electricity went out in the hotel we were staying at and it worked for that as well. I would recommend for a back up but I plan to ge a brighter light.

Comments about Princeton Tec, Tec-40 Flashlight:

I bought this light to replace a Techna 4 light and it is no where close to providing useful light. I bought one for all 4 members of my family that dives and none of us will probably use it to dive. I use it during day dives to illuminate holes and see actual colors. I needed to be about 6 inches away for any light effect. Very disappointed, but it will be a good light around the house.

I Love this little light! You really should get this one!!! My son (who dives) gave me my 1st one and it throws a beam like nothing else! The bulb lasted almost 3 years, even though I use it a couple of times a week, when it was time to order one I also bought another light for our sailboat.

I LOVE this powerful little light! My son (who dives) gave me my first light and it throws a beam like nothing else on the market, when I needed to buy a new bulb I found LeisurePro and got an extra one for our sail boat.
