DESCRIPTION
The standard stiffness Millennium blades are manufactured in green or black Moplen polypropylene plastic. The blades are 746mm long and 223mm wide, with a variable thickness from 5.0mm to 3.0mm. Suitable for all around diving less than 80ft

1 - Omer-Sub interchangeable foot pocket has been designed and developed internally by our technicians and it is manufactured with newest rubber compression molding technologies existing today. The foot pocket is produced with natural rubber in two different stiffness compounds throughout the different sections of the pocket to maximize the efficiency of the stroke without compromising comfort.

2 - The internal geometry of the foot pocket, thanks to the great experience of Beta Tools in the production of safety shoes, has been ergonomically designed to fit with total comfort.

3 - The design optimizes canalization of water on its surface and maximum impact resistance at the edges. Three reinforcing ribs have been added under the heel to increase the stroking power.

FEATURES
  • Interchangeable Foot Pockets
  • Compression Molded
  • Optimized Channel Design
  • Reinforced Ribs Increase Stroke Power

I have been free diving for 20+ years on the California North Coast. This is my first pair of long blade fins. I had been using Mares Power Plana fins ,which were faster than all my buddys new fins. But these are way faster & fluid. I have 4 dives on them so far this year Abolone Diving. They shoot me down to the bottom with only a couple easy kicks. Same go's for assending. They are very comfortable, and seem very well built. So far I love these Fins

I have tried Omer/Black, Cressi Gara 2000/3000 and Picasso BlackTeam.

1. While in use, the blade does feels like a piece of plastic. Hehe.
2. The foot pocket is on the wide side which u will like if your feet is a little wider than average.
3. You might not gonna like the foot pockets if you are planning to wear these without neoprene socs (socks highly recommended with this one).
4. On the positive side, you can upgrade the blades...

Just a note: I have many equipment made by Omer and I like most of the Omer products. Only this one dissapointed me a little. Maybe it's just me, I know many people like them a lot.
All in all: I would say it's an AVERAGE fin which does the job.

In my honest opinion, for the same $$ Cressi Gara 2000HF, Gara 3000HF and the Gara3000LD are waaay better fins. Feels better and much more confortable.

Comments about OmerSub "Millennium" Full Foot Free Diving Fins:

Love the fins overall, wish I had gone up a size to make the socks a bit more comfortable, a bit hard to put on but great in the water. I didn't wear socks the first time and got MAJOR blisters under my ankles-in the future they should contour below the ankle bone, like the Cressi Garas

This is my second set. I changed the footpockets after two years on the first set and finally after the third season wore out the blades. These fins work very well for me. I dive at least 6 - 8 hours per week.
