Oceanic's Mako 2 Mask's Low-Profile and Rugged Design makes it ideal for divers from all walks of life. Mako offers an amazingly Comfortable Fit and the Low Volume gives the ability to effortlessly clear the mask. The Mako 2 Mask has Dual Front Tempered Safety Glass Lenses, Easy to Reach Nose Pocket that allows for Easy Nose Access for ear clearing (equalization) and places the Lenses closer to your eyes Increases your Visual Clarity and Field of View.

The Mako 2 Mask has a Double Feathered Edge Skirt with a Wide Split Mask Strap Design for a great seal with Buckles that are Easy to Adjust, allowing a Custom Fit. Mask is available in 7 color choices with 6 in Clear 100% Liquid Silicone Rubber and 1 in All Black. Mask comes with a Mask Box and is covered by a 12 month limited warranty.     Firstly I bought this because it was on special and the price was right.

    Secondly, snug fit and poor fit are 2 different things ... let me explain.

    The mask fits my face well, no leakage etc and has good visibility. The poor fit for me is the nose pocket. I have a wide nose and I can't equalize properly and consistently in this mask. The pocket is more suitable for a narrow longer nose.

    I have the kind of face that masks don't seem to fit onto. I have tried many different masks and they all leaked until this mask. Fits perfectly with a great seal and no more clearing my mask every 30 seconds. If you have trouble finding a mask that fits try this one. Have used it in warm waters as well as New England waters - works just fine.

    I purchased the Oceanic Mako 2 mask and the Oceanic Ultradry snorkel and used them on a recent trip the the British Virgin Islands. I wanted a good quality product, but didn't want to spend a lot because I only snorkel once or twice a year. I'm very happy with the quality of this mask, and the price was very reasonable. I had minor issues with the lenses fogging, but it was easily remedied with anti-fog drops (or the old-fashioned saliva method!). I highly recommend this mask for recreational snorkeling / occasional use.
