Comments about JBL 5 ft. Polespear 1-Piece with 845 Paralyzer Tip (D60-P):

I got this to spear perch in Green Bay in WI. It works great on large fish...but on smaller ones you will need something with barbs on the tip. I have had more than one good sized perch 9 - 12 inch come off because of the lack of barbs on the tip. Now on the other hand I have had great luck using that tip with round fish (perch are long) you stick them and they get "Paralyzed".

The only think I don't like about the pole is how had it is to hold back for an extended time. I think that is normal for a pole spear.
