If you want to add the benefit of a break-a-way tip to your arsenal than the JBL Detachable Conversion Kit can make it happen. The true spear fisherman has the knowledge and the savvy to modify and repair their own gear when required. Kit allows you to combine the JBL811 adapter to join any 6 mm female spear point (JBL or other), and create your own break-a-way spear tip. This kit also comes in 7 mm version.
Detachable Conversion features a multi-braid stainless cable with a 1/16" (2 mm) diameter. Once combine with a tip the detachable stainless steel bushing and cable hangs on no matter how hard the fight while minimizing damage to your spear shaft.
